Prevent Unmute = ON
• The admin did not mute you. You
are unmuted.
• The admin muted you (or all); you
raised your hand, you were
allowed to speak, and you
unmuted yourself.
You can mute yourself by pressing the
icon, selecting “Mute”, or pressing the
“Mute” key on the remote-control

remote-control.
Pexip Provisioning
In this release it is possible to associate the device with a Pexip account, to automatically receive
the configuration for the device.
If you have a valid subscription with Pexip and you tied your Avaya device to this subscription, the
device can automatically connect to the Pexip SIP Cloud Service to be provisioned.
Therefore, the device will be:
- SIP registered to the Pexip SIP cloud service,
- able to both make and receive SIP calls,
- able to automatically receive the list of Contacts from the Pexip Cloud service (LDAP directory).

How to Associate Your Endpoint to a Pexip Subscription
The Pexip Provisioning method supported in this release is based on tying your Avaya endpoint to
your existing Pexip subscription using the “Serial Number” of your endpoint.
You can retrieve the Serial Number of your Avaya endpoint in the external case label, or
navigating to
[GUI] CONFIGURE > ABOUT> SERIAL NUMBER
