• With Avaya Spaces App, sign up to create an account, if you are not already registered,
or login to your account, then navigate to the space to be used for the meeting.
• Avaya Spaces App for mobile has “Join Spaces Room” in the menu options when
clicking on the title of the space.
• Scan the QR code displayed on the CU360 App screen with the Spaces App on your
mobile phone (or tablet)
• The CU360 will join the meeting in that space as a guest.

• Important
• You cannot redial to meetings in which you have been invited through a QR Code
or Pairing Code or calendar.
Usage with a Web Client on your PC/MAC
• Using a browser, navigate to https://spaces.avayacloud.com on your PC or Mac
computer. Sign up to create an account, if you are not already registered, or login to
your account.
• Click on the left panel to select the space to be used for the meeting.
• Click on “Join Spaces Room”. This will present a dialog to enter the Verification Code
that is displayed on the screen of the device.
