This phone is supported with IP Office 4.2 and higher. Support for the 1603SW model was added in IP Office 5.0. Support
for the I variants was added in IP Office Release 6.0 and in 5.0 maintenance releases.
· The availability of VCM (Voice Compression Module) channels is necessary to support IP telephony. For IP Office
6.0+, these phones require an Avaya IP Endpoints license.
