COLOR MATCHING OFF Select this o ption when the projector is used alone.

Select this option when adjusting colors while viewing the screen to
correct color variations among the projec tors.
MEASURE Select this option when adjusting c olors using a meas uring instrument
to correct c olor variations among the projectors.

The test signal is displayed. M ake adjustment so that the color tones
of eac h im age match a mong the adjoining projectors.
RESET
Use to reset the value of SET TING in the MANUAL to the default.
MEAS UR E
MEASURED DATA
The test signal is displayed. Measure the b rightness and chromaticity
of each im age using a meas uring instrument (chroma meter) and enter
the m easurement values.
TA RGAT DATA
Use to set the target chr omaticity value of each color.
RESET
Use to reset the values of MEASURED DATA and TARGET DATA
in the MEASURE to the defaults.
• When EDGE BLENDING is ON or COLOR MATCHING is M ANU AL or MEASURE, CO LOR ENHANC ER in the IMAGE menu
is set to MULTI-SCREEN. In this case, you c annot set any other items than M ULT I-SCREEN.
• The edge blending function can be used w ith n on-directional screens. If y ou use a directional screen, th e areas where images
are overlapped s eem discontinuous depending on the viewing angle.
• The target chromaticity value entered for TA R GET DATA in the ME AS URE menu is just for guidance. If the obtained result
doesn’t ma tch with the colors displayed on the ad joining projectors, adjust the value while viewing the screens.

signal is input.
Select AUTO for normal use.
When flick er occurs on the screen, frame dropping or other incorrect
display o ccurs, or jaggies on slanting lines are remarkable, select
either FILM or VIDEO , which improves the symptom better.
