2.5 Faulty usage
Listed below you will find some examples of non-appropriate application. The information
below is intended to give you some impression of what non-appropriate application is.
However we cannot state all possible non-appropriate applications here. All applications,
where the notes and information given in this documentation is disregarded, are non-ap

propriate and therefore forbidden.
m You have build in the plug-in module in other devices as the series b maXX 4400.
m You have disregarded instructions of this operating manual.
m You have not used the plug-in module according to the terms.
n The plug-in module has been
m installed inappropriate
m connected inappropriate
m put inappropriate into operation,
m operated inappropriate,
m mounted, connected, put into operation, operated and/or maintained from not qual-
ified or inadequately qualified personnel,
m overloaded,
n operated with
m with defect safety devices,
m not in proper form installed or without safety devices,
m with not operative safety- and protection devices,
m not within the required environmental conditions
m You have reconstructed the plug-in module.
m You have not referred to the instructions regarding maintenance in the components´
descriptions.
m You have improperly combined the plug-in module with products of other manufactur-
ers.
m You have combined the device with faulty and/or faulty documented products of other
manufacturers.
The „General sales terms and delivery conditions“ are always valid. These are at your dis-
posal, at the latest, since conclusion of the contract.
