– Apply for license no.
No items – Appears during sales.
Operator has not sold
anything up to totals print-
out.
– Register PLU.
No registration – Appears during sales.
General error, registration
is denied.

– Enter unit price.
No additional data available,

– During an ongoing evalu-
ation, an SC II was
switched off.
Bus faults
– Check bus cable (from
SC II to SC II).
No total markup/discount – Appears in cash register
mode.
– When entering product
markup/discount.
– In the Tendered menu,
only the totals-markup/de-
ductions key is accepted.
Customer not created – Appears when creating
delivery notes, orders.
After input of customer
no. with the "Delivery
note" or "Order" key.
– Check customer data in
"Data maintenance" /
"Customer data".
Customer no. is already used
by Operator: XXX
– Appears during sales dur-
ing overlapping service
with customer/operator
link. The used customer
no. is occupied by an-
other operator.
– Undo customer/operator
link.

No multiplication – Appears in the quick ser-
vice mode.
– Multiplication is only sup-
ported with piece PLUs.
