Text message Cause Remedy
Price invalid – Appears during sale of
manual products.
– Check menu item
"Rounding not weighed".
If rounding is activated,
the price used must cor-
respond to the rounding.
Select 5 3 6 3
Seasonal PLU locked – This appears when a PLU
is opened.
– In the menu "PLU mainte-
nance" / "Other", switch
off the menu item "PLU
locked".
Select 1 1 2 / Dep.no. /
PLU no. / 4
Please close the cash
drawer
– Appears in "Amount
tend./Change op.", if the
next customer is to be
served with the drawer
open using the "ESC"
key, and compulsory
drawer closure is set.
– Check the "Configura-
tion" / "Cash reg." / "Reg-
istr. when cash reg. is
open" menu.
Select 5 3 4
Total overflow – Appears for cash register
or cashier report.
The values in the report
exceed 9 999 999.
No total report is subse-
quently printed.
– Print out and delete the
cash register and cashier
reports.
Tare assigned – Appears during sales. – Manual tare cannot be
overwritten with a tare
fixed value.
Taring is not OK – Appears during sales. – PLU tare, the tare fixed
value and manual tare
cannot be combined with
each other.
Key is assigned by operator
with open ticket.
– Appears during sales dur-
ing operator log on/log
off.
– The displayed operator
must end his ticket with
"Total" and then log off.
Key not allowed! – Appears during sales.
The function of the actu-
ated key cannot be exe-
cuted at this point.
– Check that operating pro-
cedure is correct.
– Check that keyboard pro-
gramming is correct.
