Text message Cause Remedy
Invalid ticket type! – Appears for price group
mode 1, 2 or 3.
– A ticket begun with one of
the above price groups
cannot be changed to an-
other price group during
the sale. Conclude ticket
with "Total" and begin
new ticket with the de-
sired price group.
Unbuffered heap is too highly
fragmented
– Appears in conjunction
with multi-line text editors.
The text editor cannot be
created in the unbuffered
RAM area.
– SC II off/on. The un-
buffered area is deleted
and redefined.
Different ticket type! – Appears in
– Inventory mode
– Returns mode
– Wastage weighing
mode
– An operator has started
working with one of the
above-specified operating
modes and another oper-
ator wishes to work in
normal selling mode. It is
only possible to continue
working on the device in
another operating mode if
the first operator ends his
operating mode with the
"Total" key or interrupts
his operating mode.
Two different operating
modes cannot be used si-
multaneously.
Different transaction type! – Appears if creating "Deliv-
ery note", "Purchase or-
der", "Inven-
tory","Wastage weighing"
and "Returns".
– If a ticket has been
started in a specific oper-
ating mode, this operating
mode cannot be changed
within this ticket. The
ticket currently in process
has to be closed via the
"Totals key".
Overload – Appears during sales.
During the registration at-
tempt the scales were in
an overload range.
– Place light weight on
scales that is within the
weighing range of the SC
II.
