Err9
The external pick-up is not connected or
defective.
R Check and substitute the right pick-up. (Chapter 9.5).
Err10
Defect of the position detectors in the
optoelectronic system.
R Verify the connection of the optoelectronic device.
R Verify that the optoelectronic device is protected by
the environment light and cover it if necessary.
R If the imperfection persists, check and, if neces-
sary, substitute the optoelectronic device. .
Err10
The engine does not turn in the optoelectronic
system.
R Check the electrical part (Chapter 11)
Err11
Defect of the detector of the zero passage in
the optoelectronic system.
R Verify the connection of the optoelectronic device.
R Verify that the optoelectronic device is protected by
the environment light and cover it if necessary.
R If the imperfection persists, check and, if neces-
sary, substitute the optoelectronic device.
Err17
The weight is out of adjustment field (the
suitable weight to balance the wheel is higher
than 250 grams).
R Check that the wheel has been fixed correctly on the flange.
R Search for the external position (anyway), ap-
ply a 100 gram weight and launch again.
R If the problem persists, do the calibration again. (Chapter 7).
Err18
The wheel data have not been set up.
R Set up the wheel data before making the measure launch.
R Check that the gauges are enabled.
Err19
The signal at the entry of the right pick-up is
less intense than the one of the left pick-up.
R Maybe you inverted the connection of the two pick-ups: Check
(and change if necessary) the connection of the two pick-ups.
R Substitute the pick-ups. (Chapter 9.5).
Err20
The brake pedal has been pressed during the
measuring.
R Do not press the brake pedal when the engine is on.
Err20
The rotation speed of the engine is irregular.
R Be careful not to hit the machine during the measuring.
R Check the net tension. (Chapter 11)
R Check the engine. (Chapter 8.3).
Err21
The electronic board has detected a
dangerous situation because of the extremely
high speed of the wheel during a phase of
inaction (the shaft turns at a high speed
without the start of the operator): the power
electric part is disabled.
R Turn off the machine, push down the protecting carter and
then turn on the machine without moving the wheel: if the
problem persists, you need to check or substitute the elec-
tronic part: board (Chapter 9.2) or encoder (chapter 8.2).
Err22
Irregular signals of the optoelectronic device.
R Verify that the optoelectronic device is protected by
the environment light and cover it if necessary.
R If the imperfection persists, check and, if neces-
sary, substitute the optoelectronic device.
R Check and, if necessary, substitute the electro-
nic board of the control panel (Chapter 9.2).
Err23
The gauge for the measure of the distance is
not in rest position.
R Verify that the gauge is in rest position.
R Check the analog value at 5. (chapter 8.4).
R Repeat the calibration of gauges.

R Press one button at a time.

Defective keyboard.
R Check and, if necessary, substitute the electro-
