Graphics & Fonts
Import
To import graphics and fonts from a computer to the printer, first transfer the files to a USB flash drive.
Then follow these steps:
1. Connect the USB flash drive to any available USB port on the printer.
2. On the Home screen, tap Import Files.
3. On the Import Files from USB screen, select fonts or graphics.
4. On the Import Fonts/Graphics screen, select the desired fonts/graphics to import to the printer
or use the Select All button.
5. Press Import .
A progress bar will display while the import is taking place.
Note: If the system memory has run out of room an out of memory message will display.
Delete
To delete graphics and fonts imported to the printer, follow these steps:
1. On the Home screen select File Manager.
2. Choose Fonts or Graphics.
3. Select the check box next to specific fonts or graphics to delete or choose the Select All button
at the bottom of the screen.
If you know the name of the font or graphic, press to search for it.
4. Touch the desired option for sorting.
5. Review your selections and press the Delete button.
