6 Touchscreen Display
Theusercancontroltheoperationoftheprinterwiththecontrolpanel,forexample:
• Issuing,interrupting,continuingandcancelingprintjobs,
• Settingprintingparameters,e.g.heatleveloftheprinthead,printspeed,interfaceconguration,languageand
timeofday(CongurationManual),
• Controlstand-aloneoperationwithamemorymodule(CongurationManual),
• Updatethermware(CongurationManual).
Manyfunctionsandsettingscanalsobecontrolledbysoftwareapplicationsorbydirectprogrammingwitha
computerusingtheprinter’sowncommands.ProgrammingManualfordetails.
Settingsmadeonthetouchscreendisplaymakeupthebasicsettingsofthelabelprinter.

It is advantageous, whenever possible, to make adaptations to various print jobs in the software.
