Boil and cook until thick.
lemon extract 12 tsp
yellow food coloring 2 drops
Stir in and frost cake.
Hummingbird Cake
eggs, room temperature 2 Lg
oil 4 cup
banana, mashed 4 cup
pineapple, crushed, well drained 2 TBL
pineapple extract 2 tsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
all-purpose flour 14 cups
salt 4 tsp
sugar l cup
cinnamon 1 tsp
pecans, chopped 4 cup
baking powder p tsp
baking soda p tsp
Program
Frosting
cream cheese, softened 3-oz
butter, softened 3 TBL
vanilla extract 1 tsp
Blend together with electric mixer until creamy.
powdered sugar 12 cups
pecans, chopped 3 cup
Blend in and frost cake. Store in refrigerator.
