Amaretto Orange Cheesecake

almond extract 22 tsp
amaretto 1 tsp
cream cheese, softened 3 (8-oz) pkg
sugar p cup
orange gelatin(approx. 3-oz) 1 (3-oz) box
cornstarch 3 TBL
almonds, sliced 3 cup
Program
Topping
whipped topping mix 1 envelope
milk 80°F/27°C 4 cup
Blend together with an electric mixer until thick.
orange marmalade 2 TBL
orange extract 1 tsp
orange food coloring 2 drops
Stir in and spread over cake.
chocolate flavor Magic Shell® for drizzling
(found in the ice cream section of your favorite grocery store)
Drizzle over cake.
almonds, sliced 4 cup
Decorate with almonds and store in refrigerator.
