Problem
The
thread comes
out
of
the
needle

The needle is installed incorrectly.
The needle is bent, or the needle
tip
is
broken or blocked.
The thread thickness does
not
match the
needle
size.
The needle is

the wrong type.
The needle is touching the needle plate.
The bobbin case is incorrectly
installed

the rotary hook.
The material is being overstretched during
sewing.
The thread take-up lever is
not
at its highest
position at the sewing start
The thread end is too short for the needle
hole when threading the upper thread.
The pretension is
too
strong.
The needle up stop position is too high and
the thread take-up crank
pulls
out
the upper
thread.
