In the case that the power is turned on, press the power switch to turn off the power.
Disengage power cable from main unit.
Disassembly
(1) Remove the two screws fixing the cover PB and detach the cover PB while lifting it.
(2) Detach the mist fan filter located on either side of the cover UB.
(3) Remove the five screws fixing the cover UB to detach it.
<CAUTION>
 Be sure not to buckle the two backstops located on the cover UB.
