6-1-8. Replacement of platen arm
Disassembly
(1) Remove covers with reference to "6-1-3. Disassembly / Assembly of platen".
(2) Attach two positioning marks to the shaft and support plate.
(3) Remove two screws on the platen arm and detach the belt connecting fittings for the platen belt.
(4) Loosen the two hole bolts and relax the tension applied to the platen belt using the belt tension adjustment hole
bolt.
