6-2-21. Replacement of obstacle sensor
In the case that the power is turned on, press the power switch to turn off the power.
Unplug the power cord from the main unit and start the work after five or more minutes have passed.
Disassembly
(1) With reference to the "6-2-20. Replacement of encoder circuit board", detach the encoder cover.
(2) Remove the ink cartridge.
(3) With reference to "6-2-4. Replacement of main circuit board", detach the panel-side cover.
(4) Disconnect the connector connected to the CN22 (JAM) of the main circuit board.
(5) Open the M-shaped clamp to detach the harness.
(6) Open the cord clamp on the right inside the main unit and detach the harness.
(7) Detach the cord holder on the side surface of the carriage guide support on the right inside the main unit.
(8) Detach the cord holder on the top of the carriage guide support on the right inside the main unit.
(9) Make the harness clip to stand up and detach the harness.
