Disassembly / Replacement / Adjustment
(10) Detach the cord holder on the right front of the main unit.
(11) Remove the screw fixing the sensor bracket to detach the sensor light receiving section and harness from the main
unit.
(12) Detach the four cord holders fixing the harness of the sensor light emitting section.
(13) Taking care not to damage the encoder strip, remove the screw fixing the sensor bracket to detach the sensor
emitting section.
(14) Remove the four screws fixing the sensor to detach it from the sensor bracket.
Assembly
(1) To perform the assembly, take the reverse procedures to disassembly operation.
Operation check after assembly
(1) Select the Advanced Menu > Input Check.
(2) Block out the light emitting of the sensor with a hand or other means to check whether the ON/OFF operation
properly switches.
