Disassembly / Replacement / Adjustment
(4) Detach pulley and carriage belt from tension adjustment mechanism.
(5) Loosen the two hole bolts and detach belt connecting fittings, then pull carriage belt out of the fittings.
(6) Remove two screws fixing the encoder circuit board to detach board from the carriage base.
(7) Loosen locking screw (one) and extract carriage shaft.
<CAUTION>
ï‚· After extraction of carriage shaft, be sure not to allow print head and other components to come in contact with objects.
