Another cause could be liquid nitrogen remaining in the helium vessel, boiling off strongly during flushing, so stop pumping, use the precooling tube to remove all liquid nitrogen, and use the dipstick to check that the helium vessel is empty.

Additionally, the radiation baffles might not be inserted in the current lead turret; insert the radiation baffles into the current lead turret.
