How to troubleshoot erratic or blank displays on Bruker Laboratory Equipment?
    • B
      brownstephanieAug 6, 2025
If the displays on your Bruker Laboratory Equipment are erratic, blank, or unresponsive, start by checking the connections and cables between the units. If that doesn't resolve the issue, reboot the CryoController using the rotary main switch on the CryoCooling Unit front. Also, inspect the fuses and investigate the power supply, checking all regulated voltage outputs. The problem is probably resulting from a problem in the power supply or in the CPU circuit.

Why is the periodic hiss missing in Bruker Laboratory Equipment?
    • M
      Misty JohnsonAug 20, 2025
If the periodic hiss is missing from your Bruker Laboratory Equipment, it may be due to the plate inside the ColdHead being in the wrong position or blocked. A higher pressure has to be built up on the supply line of the ColdHead.
