Before calling B
RUKER service, try to isolate your problem (see "First diagnosis"
on page 73). BRUKER will usually request the following information:
- CryoProbe System order number (e.g. BH025199), or
- Spectrometer order number (e.g. ZH056397),
- Workstation brand and operating system version (e.g. SGI Indy with IRIX 6.5 or
HP Vectra VLi with WinNT 4.0),
