Headlight fault warning light
When this warning light illuminates yellow, the headlights become faulty.
Send the vehicle to a BYD authorized service provider for inspection.
Main warning indicator
Illumination of this indicator indicates that you should pay attention to a
fault prompt or warning message on the information display area.
Seat Belt Reminder
With the power in the "OK" mode, if the seat belt of front row is not fastened,
the unfastened seat belt indicator will illuminate. The indicator will stay on
until the seat belt is fastened.
SRS fault warning light
With the vehicle powered up (OK), the warning light will illuminate and go
out about a few seconds later if the SRS is normal. The warning light
monitors the SRS ECU, collision sensor, inflator, warning light, wiring and
power supply.
If any of the following situations occurs, it indicates a fault in a part
monitored by the warning light system. In this case, contact a BYD
authorized service provider for inspection of the vehicle as soon as
possible:
With the vehicle powered up (OK), this warning light does not
illuminate or stays on upon power-up.
This warning light illuminates during driving.
Parking system fault warning light
This warning light will illuminate when the brake fluid level is low or the brake
system becomes faulty. If any of the following situations occurs, park the vehicle
where it is safe to do so immediately and contact a BYD authorized service
provider:
This warning light illuminates when the brake fluid level is low with the
power OK;
Warm tip
Do not continue driving when the brake fluid level is low because it is very
dangerous to do so.
