MANUAL REGENERATION
Manually initiaded exhaust lter cleaning
- Stop the tractor, apply the park brake and switch
o PTO.
- Access the DPF menu, then press and hold button
(1) for one second.
- Select MANUAL REGENERATION, then press
and hold button (B1) for one second.
- The control unit checks the safety requirements. A
message is displayed if the requirements are not
met.
A- HANDBRAKE is displayed if park brake is not
applied. Apply park brake and proceed.
B- TURN OFF PTO is displayed if PTO is
switched on. Switch o PTO and proceed.
- If safety requirements are met, “WAIT” message
ashes. DPF regeneration is in progress.
If one or more safety requirements are not met,
the corresponding warning message ashes for
5 seconds. Then the system exits the manual
regeneration procedure returns to the MANUAL
REGENERATION menu. Restart the regeneration
at step 3.
If the procedure start correctly, “WAIT”
message show on central display and after
“REGENEARTION” message show during all time
of the process, and warning light F1 is ON.
