Move the circuit breaker on the battery extension to the "ON" position.
Notice
When operating with an external battery extension, the charging
process requires additional time.
Connecting battery extension using the ACTIVE 1000 through
ACTIVE 3000 as an example:

Special information for ACTIVE 2000-19 and
ACTIVE 3000-19
Notice
Please note that the ACTIVE 2000-19 and ACTIVE 3000-19 devices
do not contain internal batteries. Therefore, during commissioning of
the first connected BPACTIVE3000-19 battery, they do not provide
protection against mains failure!
If no battery is connected to the device, an alarm is output.
To cancel the alarm, move the battery circuit breaker to the "ON" position or connect
the battery.
Then acknowledge the alarm by pressing the button.
