2.3.5 HID CHARACTER TRANSMIT MODE
By default, USB HID interface sends data to the host in batch. Have the scanner read the
“By Character” barcode to process data one character at a time.

In order to avoid missed characters during barcode output, you can slow-down the HID
transmit speed.
