set dscp
set dscp
To mark a packet by setting the differentiated services code point (DSCP) value in the type of service
(ToS) byte, use the set dscp command in policy-map class configuration mode. To remove a previously
set DSCP value, use the no form of this command.
set [ip] dscp {dscp-value}
no set [ip] dscp {dscp-value}

Command Modes Policy-map class configuration
Command History
ip (Optional) Specifies that the match is for IPv4 packets only. If not used, the
match is on both IPv4 and IPv6 packets.
dscp-value A number from 0 to 63 that sets the DSCP value. The following reserved
keywords can be specified instead of numeric values:
EF (expedited forwarding)
AF11 (assured forwarding class AF11)
AF12 (assured forwarding class AF12)
