3-6. Disassembly, Reassembly and Lubrication

3-6-8. “SA Power SW Cable” and “Frame Bottom”
1. Remove the “Cover PF Motor”. Refer to “3-6-2 Cover PF Motor”.
2. Remove the “Unit Opepane”. Refer to “3-6-3(1) Unit Opepane”.
3. Remove the “Case” and “Cover Steel L”. Refer to “3-6-4 Case”.
4. Remove all connectors from the “SA Main PCB”. Refer to “3-6-5(1) “SA Main PCB” Connectors”.
5. Remove the “Unit Mechanism”. Refer to “3-6-6 Unit Mechanism”.
6. Remove the “Unit Power Supply” Block and “Paper Holder” Block. Refer to “3-6-7(1) “Unit Power
Supply” Block and “Paper Holder” Block”.
7. Remove the 1 screw (BH M3.0x5K) () and 2 screws (BH M3.0x4 (NI)) (), and detach the
“Cover Steel R” ().
8. Remove the 5 screw (BH M3.0x5K) (), detach the “Cover Steel Rear” (), and peel off the
labels (“Label Caution (CHINA)” and “Label Rating”) from it.
9. Remove the 1 screw (PH (SW+PW) M4x6) () and 2 screws (NO2 FH M3.0x6 (NI)) (), and
detach the “SA Power SW Cable” () and “Cover Plate Inlet”.
10. Remove the 2 screw (BH M3.0x4 (NI)) and detach the “Plate Inlet”.
11. Remove the 2 screw (PH (SW+PW) M4x6) and detach the “Plate Hinge R”.
12. Remove the 2 screw (PH (SW+PW) M4x6) and detach the “Plate Hinge L”.
13. Remove the 4 screw (BH M3.0x8) and detach the “Leg” (4 pcs.).
Note on reassembling:
• Once the label is peeled off, it cannot be reused.
