2. Access the battery maintenance drawer [35] and check the cable connections on the battery.
Confirm no battery leaks are present.
3. Start up the AMR [38].
4. Confirm function of LiDAR safety scanners, 3D perception camera, Emergency Stop buttons,
speaker.
5. Confirm forward/reverse travel functionality.
11.Basic usage
This section describes the operation of the product.
11.1.Locking-out/tagging-out the AMR
1. Stop AMR on level ground and prevent it from moving using wheel wedges.
2. Remove any present payload.
3. Shut down the AMR [38].
4. Turn the Key Switch completely to the left and remove the key.
5. Access the battery maintenance drawer [35].
6. Disconnect the battery.
7. Lock-out the AMR side of the battery connection by covering the battery connection with the
lock-out/tag-out cover bag provided.
8. Lock the bag closed with the provided lock and use the tag provided according to facility standards.
9. Ensure that all locks remain until all users are done working with the AMR before re-energizing the
system.
11.2.Starting up

1. Access the front controls [28].
2. Turn Key Switch on AMR to the right and hold for 3 seconds.
• Key Switch moves back to neutral position.
• Duration of the startup process takes about 1 minute.
3. Press the Reset button.
4. Press the Start button.
