CAUTION
Only use the attachments, accessories, tools, replacement parts, and cleaning products
approved by OTTO.
1. Lock-out/tag-out the AMR.
2. Inspect LiDAR safety scanner and, if applicable, the LiDAR cavity with a flashlight for any dust and/or
debris.
3. Using the lens cleaning wipes, clear the LiDAR cavity of any dust/debris. Clean the LiDAR and the
cavity with different wipes.
13.Disposal
Always observe valid environmental protection regulations.
If disassembling the product for disposal, pass on any commercially-viable disassembled components for
recycling. Separate materials as far as possible by type.
Do not incinerate or dispose of the batteries. Return end-of-life or defective batteries to the nearest
recycling center per appropriate local regulations.
Waste material like oil must be properly disposed of and recycled according to regulations and, if
necessary, brought to a recycling center.
14.Troubleshooting
This section lists possible issues that may be encountered when using the product.
If there is a malfunction and the AMR cannot be operated out of the working zone, refer to Basic
Usage [38] for instructions on safely moving it.

1. Confirm the AMR can be controlled through OTTO App and/or
OTTO Fleet Manager.
2. Confirm in OTTO App and/or OTTO Fleet Manager that the AMR
has no current Job.
If there is no current Job is assigned to the AMR and it is parked, it
is not expected to move.
3. Restart the AMR.
