9.1 - Decode Time & LED’s for Non Standard Inks
The default settings for the CR2 are designed for optimal, general purpose performance with good
quality symbols on typical surfaces. For poor quality codes or codes on non-standard surfaces (shiny,
low-contrast), the unit may require:
1) More time to process the code before the system abandons the image
and restarts on a new decode attempt.
2) May require manipulating LED’s.
To allow for additional processing time or to change the LED settings for marginal symbols, scan one
of the following codes: Note: Utilizing this feature may affect the overall performance of the reader, but
“unreadable” codes may become readable.
Short Decode Time Normal Decode Time (Default) Long Decode Time
Extra Long Decode Time LED’s for Non Standard Inks ON LED’s for Non Standard Inks OFF
(Default)
9.2 - Continous Illumination
Scan one of the following codes to have enable continous LED illumination.
Enable Continous Illumination Disable Continous Illumination (Default)
Note: Code recommends only using this feature wih cabled units due to increased power consumption.
