11.7 - Troubleshooting Guide
1. If utilizing Windows 98, you will need to upgrade to the second edition.
2. The CR2 will only support Bluetooth USB devices with serial port profile. Call the Code
Corporation to inquire about CodeXML Router. CodeXML Router offers Bluetooth serial
port to keyboard wedge communication for applications that require keyboard port input.
Problem:
When I plug the USB cable in to recharge the battery, the battery does not seem to be recharging.
Solution:
When the battery is drained to a very low level it may take up to one minute to get the appropriate
amount power to the battery. Wait for at least one minute then press one of the triggers on the
reader. This should begin the charging process.*
