This output is active when an ECU is configured, connected and the communication with the ECU is
established.
Note: When ECU POWER RELAY (PAGE 474) is not configured, output is evaluated all the time. If ECU
POWER RELAY (PAGE 474) is configured, output is evaluated only when engine is not stop (ECU
POWER RELAY (PAGE 474) is active).
