Delayed Ringing Times
Description: You assign delayed ringing to stations for specific lines, you can also set the time length
of the delay.
To Program: 1. Dial 17. “SYSTEM FEATURES
2. Dial 05. “DELAY RING XX”
3. Select delay time (LED On = Selected Time)
—Dial 1 or press A1 = 6 seconds “DELAY RING 6”
—Dial 2 or press A2 = 12 seconds “DELAY RING 12”
—Dial 3 or press A3 = 18 seconds “DELAY RING 18”
—Dial 4 or press A4 = 24 seconds “DELAY RING 24”
—Dial 5 or press A5 = 30 seconds “DELAY RING 30”
—Dial 6 or press A8 = 36 seconds “DELAY RING 36”
—Dial 7 or press A9 = 42 seconds “DELAY RING 42”
—Dial 8 or press A10 = 48 seconds “DELAY RING 48”
—Dial 9 or press A11 = 54 seconds “DELAY RING 54”
—Dial 0 or press A12 = 60 seconds “DELAY RING 60”
4. Dial ✳✳ for configuration mode.
5. Press SPEAKER to end.
To clear current setting, repeat procedure and make different selection.
Allow Ringer Off
Description: With the operating system parameters set to default, the rocker switch volume control on
DigiTech and Impact multiline telephones sets the ringer volume level between off and a
maximum level. You can disable the allow ringer off on a system-wide basis. When you
do this, users can set the ringer volume of their telephones between a minimum and a
maximum level, but can not completely silence it.
To Program: 1. Dial 17. “SYSTEM FEATURES
2. Dial 04. “RING OFF XXXXXX
3. Press A1 to toggle between ringer off allow and not allow.
(LED On = Ringer Off allowed)
—OR—
Dial 1 to allow ringer off. “RING OFF ENABLE”
Dial 2 to not allow ringer off. “RING OFF DISABLE”
4. Dial ✳✳ for configuration mode.
5. Press SPEAKER to end.
