4.1.2 Turning off EM-30PLUS
1) Turn off the E-Gun in NS.
Wait till the value of Emission Current becomes 0 and then turn off the main
power.
2) Terminate the NS.
3) Turn off the power switch on the side of EM-
30PLUS.
Be sure to turn off the power of product in vacuum state.
