6.2.1 Wobble Operation 1
Aperture is slightly out of the electron beam path.
Images are shown but they are out of focus when the focus is controlled.
1) Select the RED MODE.
2) Set the low magnification about 500 times.
3) Click the [Wobble] button on the bottom of screen.
