Resolution Difference according to Acceleration Voltage
As acceleration voltage increases, resolution increases as well. As the voltage value increases,
it is easier to analyze specimen component rather than surface. On the other hand, as the
value of acceleration voltage decreases, it is adequate for surface observation of specimen.
