If, for any reason, the factory default settings of a DM NVX device must be restored,
do one of the following:
• In the Action menu located in the upper-right corner of the web interface, click
Restore.
• From the Tools menu in the Crestron Toolbox software, select Text Console and issue
the
restore command.
• Power cycle the device 11 times. After the eleventh power cycle, wait until the device
boots and then press the
SETUP button for 5 seconds. The device is operational when
the PWR LED is a steady green.
