the‐bleed‐port,apply‐the‐brake‐lever,close‐the‐bleed‐port,add‐brake‐fluidprocessuntilthemaster
cylinderisfull.Reinstallthebrakemastercylindercover.Fortherearbrakemaster
cylinder,reinstall
therearbrakemastercylinderinitsproperlocationandreinstalltheleftrearbodypanel.
Priortotakingthemotorcycleonthestreet,operateitslowlyandapplythebrakesseveraltimes.

ChainDriveSystem
Thissystemconsistsoftheclutch,thecountershaftsprocket,therearsprocket,therearwheel,andthe
drivechain.
ChainLubrication
Thedrivechainshouldbelubricatedapproximatelyevery500miles
ormoreoftenifridinginrainyor
dustyconditions.Useonlyaqualitywax‐basedorpetroleumbasedmotorcyclechainlubricant.Ride
themotorcycleforatleast15minutestowarmthechain,and applythelubricantimmediatelyafter
stopping.Warning!Takecarenottospraylubricantontothetireortherearbrake.Donotusethe
motorcycleforthenext15minutestoallowthelubricanttoseepintothechain.
ChainAdjustment

aligningtherearwheel.Youwillneed13mm,18mm,and19mmwrenches,andascrewdriverforthis
maintenanceactivity.
Youdon’thavetogettherearwheeloffthegroundtoadjusttheTT250’schain.
