Aftermakingtheadjustment,tightenthesteeringstemboltto50ftlbs.Checkthefrontendofthe
motorcycleagaintomakesuretheadjustmentprovidesnoclickingormovementoftheforkswhen
pullingtheforksbackandforth,andthatthesteeringisnotrestrictedwhenturningthe
frontendfrom
sidetoside.Whenyouaresatisfiedwiththeadjustment,tightentheuppertripletreepinchboltsto
10ftlbs.

TheTT250usesa21x1.85inchsteelrimmedwirewheelonthefrontofthemotorcycle,andan18x2.15
inchsteelrimmedwirewheelontherearofthemotorcycle.Boththefrontandrearwheelsuseinner
tubes.
Thefronttireshouldbeinflatedto32psi.Thereartireshouldbeinflatedto32psi.Warning!Under
inflationoroverinflationofeithertirewilladverselyaffectthemotorcycle’shandlingcharacteristics.
Boththefrontandrearwheelandtireshouldbedynamicallybalancedanytimeeithertireis
removed
andreinstalledorwhenanewtireisinstalled.
FrontWheelRemoval
Youwillneed15mm,17mm,and10mmwrenchesforthis operation.
