Aftermakingtheadjustment,tightenthesteeringstemboltto50ft‐lbs.Checkthefrontendofthe
motorcycleagaintomakesuretheadjustmentprovidesnoclickingormovementoftheforkswhen
pullingtheforksbackandforth,andthatthesteeringisnotrestrictedwhenturningthe
frontendfrom
sidetoside.Whenyouaresatisfiedwiththeadjustment,tightentheuppertripletreepinchboltsto
10ft‐lbs.

TheTT250usesa21x1.85‐inchsteelrimmedwirewheelonthefrontofthemotorcycle,andan18x2.15‐
inchsteelrimmedwirewheelontherearofthemotorcycle.Boththefrontandrearwheelsuseinner
tubes.
Thefronttireshouldbeinflatedto32psi.Thereartireshouldbeinflatedto32psi.Warning!Under‐
inflationorover‐inflationofeithertirewilladverselyaffectthemotorcycle’shandlingcharacteristics.
Boththefrontandrearwheelandtireshouldbedynamicallybalancedanytimeeithertireis
removed
andreinstalledorwhenanewtireisinstalled.
FrontWheelRemoval
Youwillneed15mm,17mm,and10mmwrenchesforthis operation.
