on the main screen.
When the current sub-batch total is suspected of being incorrect, it can be
cleared and removed from the machine’s totals.
To clear the current sub-batch total:
1. After documents have been processed and before pressing
END
to end
a batch, press
CLEAR
to prompt a screen requesting confirmation, as
shown below.
2. Do one of the following:
• Press
OK
to delete the sub-batch total and return to the main
screen.
• Press
CANCEL
to return to the main screen without clearing totals.
When SBAT ENABLE is ON and set to CLEAR in
SETUP
, the sub-batch ends and the total on the main
screen resets to
0
when documents are removed
from the pocket.
SUB-BATCH REPRT
may be used to view or print
totals after the sub-batch total is cleared to
0
on the
main screen.
When SBAT ENABLE is ON in SETUP, the CLEAR
key
appears on the main screen.
The following steps
MUST
be performed prior
to pressing
END
to end a batch.
