To set the auto-recover time to 0, which disables the auto-recovery mechanism, the interval to 20
seconds and specify VLAN-based mode:

38-2 config loopdetect ports
Description
This command is used to setup the loop-back detection function for the interfaces on the Switch.
Format
config loopdetect ports [<portlist> | all] state [enable | disable]
Parameters
ports - Specify the range of ports that LBD will be configured on.
<portlist> - Enter a list of ports
all - To set all ports in the system, you may use the “all” parameter.
state - Specify whether the LBD function should be enabled or disabled on the ports specified in
the port list. The default state is disabled.
enable - Specify to enable the LBD function.
disable - Specify to disable the LBD function.
Restrictions
Only Administrator, Operator and Power-User level users can issue this command.
Example
To enable the LBD function on ports 1-5:
DES-3200-28P:admin#config loopdetect ports 1-5 state enable
Command: config loopdetect ports 1-5 state enable
Success.
DES-3200-28P:admin#

Description
This command is used to enable the LBD function globally on the Switch. The default state is
disabled.
