NOTICE
This parameter cannot be
adjusted while the motor is
running.
NOTICE
When set to [3] Closed Loop,
the commands reversing and
start reversing do not reverse
the motor direction.
[0] Open Loop Motor speed is determined by
applying a speed reference or by
setting the speed when in hand-on
mode.
Open loop is also used if the
frequency converter is part of a
closed-loop control system based
on an external PID controller
providing a speed reference signal
as output.
[3] Closed Loop Motor speed is determined by a
reference from the built-in PID
controller varying the motor speed
as in a closed-loop control process
(for example constant pressure or
ow). Congure the PID controller
in parameter group 20-** Feedback
or via the Function Set-ups accessed
by pressing [Quick Menu].
