dbx DriveRack 240 - Flash Downloads; Program List

The 240 and 241 DriveRack™ units have the ability to update their operating systems (OS) with the latest version avail-
able via the Internet. In order to perform a flash download your PC must be able to receive/transmit information through
the RS-232 connector. The Flash download procedure is as follows:
1. Connect the RS 232 output from your PC to the RS 232 port of the DriveRack™.
2. Access the World Wide Web.
3. Go to www.dbxpro.com to access the latest OS version.
4. Download the latest OS version and all attached software.
5. Follow the detailed instructions from the website.
Start Flash Download Session (Front Panel 240)
• Press and hold the PREV PAGE button on power-up until the following message appears:
"WAITING FOR FLASH DOWNLOAD"
At this point, follow the flash download instructions to perform a flash download. It is always recommended that a
sof preset be performed after a flash download.
Start Flash Download Session (Front Panel 241)
Press and hold the UP and LOAD buttons on power-up until the following message appears:
"FL"
• At this point follow the flash download instructions to perform a flash download.
