Replacing the Coin-Cell Battery

Follow the instructions in "Before You Begin" on page 9.

Slide and place the coin-cell battery on the palm-rest assembly and route
the coin-cell battery cable as noted earlier.

Connect the coin-cell battery cable to the system-board connector.

Replace the battery (see "Replacing the Battery" on page 18).
5
Replace the base cover (see "Replacing the Base Cover" on page 15).
