Lift the system board off the palm-rest assembly.
Replacing the System Board

Follow the instructions in "Before You Begin" on page 9.

Connect the hard drive cable and the battery status-light-board cable to
the system-board connectors.

Place the system board on the palm-rest assembly.
4
Replace the six screws that secure the system board to the palm-rest
assembly.
