Steps
1. Using a Torx #T20 screwdriver, loosen the middle screw to release the retention frame. Hold and lift the retention frame
upwards and rotate it slightly pass the vertical position(105 degrees).
NOTE: The spring loading will keep the retention frame at its "open" position.

2. Release the processor socket rail frame by holding both blue tabs to lift the blue latches.
