You always have the option of signal crosstalk from one cable to another in dLAN
technology. Although this is rarely the case with coaxial cables, it can occur with
cheap cables with little shielding attenuation. In the event of crosstalking, a logical
short-circuit [Loop] can occur: the data packets in the one segment are fed back into
the neighbouring segment, with the result that the switch connected distributes
them continuously through the whole network, thus slowing it down.
In any event, we recommend using a manageable switch for projects with
> 20 endpoints!
Important! Physical
segmentation using high-pass filters must always be
accompanied by logical segmentation using password groups!
