All parties to the rollout should communicate together constructively and
cooperatively. One suggestion would be to stage a workshop initially with
all parties prior to the rollout where the procedure can be discussed. Lots of
potential misunderstandings can be prevented in advance in this manner.
devolo offers to supply bulk
adapters with consecutive MAC addresses for
major projects. These are supplied with pre-prepared CSV files containing
the MAC addresses and Security IDs for the devices. You can add the
planned installations site to these quickly and easily, so that you can
manage them immediately after installation and importing the file into
dLAN AVpro manager. For instance, several adaptors can easily be collated
into logical segments by issuing personal dLAN passwords without having
to perform any extensive additional work
