15 Using photoconductors
In order to display the status of the RAID system on the front panel, a photoconductor must be installed from the
two SMD-LEDs on the motherboard to the front panel.
Insert the photoconductor from inside into the front panel (1) and press the photoconductor downwards (2).
Take care to ensure correct fit of the photoconductor next to the SATA ports on the motherboard.
